Fizzco Returns Policy

We carefully select our products and hope you will be happy with your purchase; however there may be times when you feel you need to return an item to us.

Consumers
Our consumer returns policy is fully compliant with Direct Sales Regulations.  You must notify us in writing if you wish to return an item within 28 days from date of receipt of goods.
 
Faulty items must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods.

If you do find that an item is faulty or damaged, please complete our online return form and enclose with the parcel being returned.  We will either offer you a full refund for the order (this includes standard original delivery cost) or exchange the items.

Alternatively email sales@fizzco.co.uk or include a letter with the goods.  Cancellation of an order must be in writing by letter or email.

All returned goods should neither be used, nor assembled or part assembled and should be returned with their original packaging, except where the items are faulty.

You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and ensure that goods are not damaged in return transit to Fizzco Ltd. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.

We recommend you use a tracked delivery service for return of the items

This Returns Policy does not take away any rights you may have under consumer law. For more information contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk) in England and Wales and http://www.cas.org.uk/ in Scotland.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with your right to cancel a contract formed at a distance under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Refunds policy
Cancelled orders will be fully refunded in accordance with our returns policy above and within 30 days of the notification of cancellation.

If you request a replacement in lieu of a refund the new item will be despatched upon receipt of the returned goods at Fizzco Ltd.

If you require replacement goods urgently, please contact us or place an additional order.  The original cancelled order will be refunded in the normal way.

Faulty Items
Faulty items must be notified to Fizzco Ltd  within 7 days of receipt of the goods. 
Please refer to any manufacturer product recommendations and guarantees.  All products purchased from Fizzco Ltd  are covered by Consumer Law.  If there is a fault with any of our goods please contact us and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery please telephone us and confirm by email or letter.  Cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with our refunds and returns policies.

Exceptions
Personalisation of products – where products are produced specifically for you with any personalisation we cannot under any circumstance accept a cancelled or returned order.  Please ensure that all details of personalisation are correct before proceeding with the order.  If you require assistance with this please call customer services.

Enhanced shipping  - When cancelling an order that has been dispatched you are entitled to a full refund including the delivery charge. However, if you select any option other than the standard delivery option, i.e. a timed delivery, a Saturday delivery or if the standard delivery for the item is post and you choose the courier option, or a specialist item e.g. Christmas trees 4ft and over, you are only entitled to be refunded for the standard delivery cost as you have effectively changed the order to become a specialist order, which increases the cost of delivery to Fizzco Ltd.

Change Of Heart
We appreciate that you may have a change of heart when purchasing, however, there are a few points that we would like to mention before you call us.

Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect condition (this does also include the product packaging and instructions etc.)

If there are any incomplete items returned to us, we will not be able to refund you. You will be held responsible for any other charges provided to you in connection with your order, for example, delivery charge.

Please notify us within 28 days from receipt of your order.

Business Orders
Damages, Shortages and Returns

Damaged or faulty goods must be notified to Fizzco within 48 hours of delivery date.
In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product, together with the original packaging and notify us within 48 hours of receipt (starting the day after delivery).  We will arrange for the item to be replaced, if available, or offer a full refund.

Returns may be accepted at the discretion of Fizzco Ltd and within 7 days of the delivery date.
All returned goods should neither be used, nor assembled or part assembled and should be returned with their original packaging intact, except where the items are faulty.

All returned goods must be returned to Fizzco Ltd within 28 days of delivery date.
Delivery charges will only be refunded for return of faulty items.

Any branded or personalised items, printed or embroidered to customer requirements are non – returnable nor refundable.
